Exhibit spaces inside the Cajundome and Convention Center and the outside area surrounding the Cajundome have already sold out for this October’s Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition. Four hundred thirteen companies are exhibiting at LAGCOE this year and, after filling all spaces, more than 400 companies remain on the wait list, the show announced.

lagcoe_booth_crowd“Our exhibitor wait list has continued to grow, and that is indicative of the huge amount of work going on in the oil and gas industry throughout the world,” LAGCOE Chairman Kirby Arceneaux of Environmental Drilling Solutions said in a press release. “In response to growing demand, we have expanded exhibit space to the Convention Center Second Level where 33 companies will showcase equipment and services.”

One of the world’s largest oil and gas expositions, LAGCOE is held biennially and has operated continuously for almost 60 years. Attendees from around the world gain insight on both onshore and offshore exploration and production through exhibitor displays and technical presentations.

LAGCOE Chairman Kirby Arceneaux

“With all of our exhibit space sold out,” said Arceneaux, “we are concentrating on new ideas developed to engage existing and future energy professionals. In the upcoming months, we will be announcing new programs in conjunction with LAGCOE that address critical issues in our industry.”

LAGCOE takes place Oct. 22 - 24. In 2011 the show hosted 14,000 attendees from 47 states and 27 countries.

Admission to the show and technical presentations is free and limited to energy industry personnel. The general public is invited on Oct. 24, 2013 from noon until 2:00 p.m. Click here for more info.
