If we were totally independent, and prices didn't change much because of the vast and complicated global oil market, then at least I know the biggest customer in the world spends its money at home. - Dudley E. While we shouldn't unduly burden domestic drilling, the industry should drill where ever it's cheapest to do so. I happen to like the idea of using up the rest of the world's reserves while preserving our own. I don't want us to run out of gas before the rest of the world does.
