			<description>As far as I am concerned, if we are not buying from enemies, then their biggest customer is not spending money with them, therefore, we are not helping to support those who may desire to hurt us. If we were totally independent, and prices didn't change much because of the vast and complicated global oil market, then at least I know the biggest customer in the world spends its money at home. - Dudley E. 			<description>Good article. While we shouldn't unduly burden domestic drilling, the industry should drill where ever it's cheapest to do so. I happen to like the idea of using up the rest of the world's reserves while preserving our own. I don't want us to run out of gas before the rest of the world does.
