Free concert at Cochon to kick off Festivals Acadiens et Creoles
Cochon is hosting a free Red Stick Ramblers concert tonight for a Festivals Acadiens et Creoles, and the drinks will be flowing and the food sizzling.
From 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Red Stick Ramblers will be performing on the patio and Cochon will be serving drink and food specials all night — think of it as a taste of Festivals, something to whet the palate.
Late night bar snacks are $5 each, and Cochon will be serving cheeseburger sliders, pork belly sliders, barbecue pork sliders and boudin. Bayou Teche beer is $3 and each glass of throwback punch is $5 — but wear your Festivals pin and drink your first Throwback Punch for free.
