Bailey’s serving annual Thanksgiving meal for those in need

Bailey’s Bistro is continuing its tradition of serving a full, complimentary Thanksgiving meal for Lafayette’s struggling families. From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, Thanksgiving day, Bailey’s Bistro owner Ema Haq will serve its annual Thanksgiving meal for those in need in Lafayette’s community for the 20th year. Bangladesh native Haq founded Bailey’s Seafood & Grill in Lafayette in 1993 and recently changed the restaurant’s name to Bailey’s Bistro.

For those without access to transportation, Bailey’s can provide a ride to the restaurant — but they ask you to call ahead to make arrangements at 988-6464. Bailey’s will also deliver meals to anyone unable to travel because of handicap or illness.
